ONE PERSON, THE WHOLE CREW
Most trips can't carry a photographer and a drone operator / videographer. Some can barely carry one extra person. I work as both: stills and aerial from the same days on the road, with a kit light enough to travel wherever the group goes.
I've spent ten years photographing in places that don't make it easy: long days, harsh light, rough ground, buildings nobody has entered for decades. I plan around weather and light, speak five languages, ride, and adapt when the plan changes, which, on the kind of trips worth photographing, it always does. You get a finished content library for your brochure, your website and your social channels, without adding a production team to the trip.
